The Story behind Rise & Shine Flower Farm

Hi! I’m Ally Rynkiewicz, owner and operator of Rise & Shine Flower Farm.

From the early age of four, I have fond memories of walking around in my Mom-moms garden; in awe of the bounty she grew.  We would set up a stand at the end of her driveway, reeling in the cars passing by with her huge heirloom tomatoes – it feels like just yesterday.  My soul has ever since been connected to her and the everchanging seasons of watching tiny seeds grow to juicy, delicious fruit or eye-catching blooms.

After graduating Central Bucks East High School in 2005, I jumped right into the working world.  For ten years I managed a fast-paced Deli/Coffee shop in the local Bucks County community (ironically named Gardenville General Store).  During that time, I learned what hard work and hustle is all about but most importantly I started cultivating deep roots in my hometown of Bucks County.

When the chapter closed on my Gardenville days, I transitioned over to physically being in the garden.  Hands on learning from great mentors in my community made me realize my true niche.  I became smitten with all things in the garden; weeding, planting, growing, designing – ultimately starting Rise & Shine Property Care.  I am embarking on my 8th season of beautifying Bucks County with the knowledge I gained digging deep into Mother Natures world.

My intense passion for gardening developed over the years into more than just creating a garden oasis for clients.  Each greenhouse trip consisted of plant material for my clients and plant material for myself, naturally; eventually planting the idea of Rise & Shine Flower Farm in 2020.  I must say, I could not have even sprouted this idea without the help of my partner, Mike.  He truly pushes me to my fullest potential and supports (and builds) all of my crazy flower dreams.

My goal for Rise & Shine Flower Farm is to create a healthy and harmonious living environment for soil life and all of natures’ creatures. With this kind of environment Nature will be sure to put on a dazzling show throughout the seasons.

When the time consuming duties of the Flower Farm are done (is that such a thing?) you can find me embracing some snuggles from my 4 dogs, 6 cats, 6 ducks, 2 geese & 6 foster donkeys. Between flowers and animal friends my world is truly fulfilled.
